• Manual licence verification — every clinician is checked by hand against the official regional and national registries before a single visit is allowed.
• Central escrow — payment is held centrally until the work is done. Paying a clinician directly into a personal account is strictly prohibited.
• MedCoins digital ledger — every birr in and out is written to one ledger you can read back.
