ሓበሬታ (Notice) is a daily notice board at habereta.org. Institutions and traders post here; readers read the whole notice and answer it in one submission, from the telephone in their hand. Seven services stand on the board — job vacancies, professional website building, a marketplace for new and used goods, a wall of job seekers, health care at home, consultation with a specialist online, and a list of hospitals — and every one of them is written in Tigrigna, Amharic and English. The office posts daily from Mekelle and Shire.

Checked before visible — a notice does not appear on the board until somebody in this office has read it and satisfied themselves that the institution behind it is real and that the notice says what it means.
The board delivers; the institution decides — we carry your application to the address the notice names and tell you it arrived. Who is called for interview is the institution's decision and never ours.
Your documents go nowhere else — what you attach is forwarded to that one institution, as one archive, and is not shown to anybody else or sold to anybody at all.
Free unless the page says otherwise — every service can be made free for a period, and when a fee applies the page you are standing on states it in figures before you commit to anything.
Central account only — a fee is paid to the account this office publishes. Paying an advertiser or a seller into a personal account is not a payment we can see, hold or refund.
