A professional website for a person or for an institution — designed, built, filled with your own words and pictures, and handed over. The domain and the hosting are registered in your name, not ours, and you own the finished site, its content and its photographs.

Start by looking at what has already been built: each sample carries a link to the live site and screenshots of its inside pages, not only its front page. Then fill in the brief. It is long, and it is long on purpose — the vision and history, the departments and the people, the service hours, the addresses, the languages the site should speak, the colour scheme or your own logo's colours, how much control you want over it afterwards, and what you are willing to pay for the build, for the domain and hosting, and for help later on. The questions cascade, so you are only asked what applies to you.

What comes back is a written quotation and a written agreement, before any work starts. Nothing is invoiced until you have agreed to it.
